The award-winning design-build team of Gardiner & Larson has been designing and building new homes, additions and renovations since 1995. Although most known for their outstanding work on large residential estates, their projects also include smaller homes and townhouses, as well as pool houses, barns and vacation homes. Gardiner and Larson Homes has been honored in both 2010 and 2012 A-List Awards by Moffly Media, and is the recipient of the 2009 Palladio Award, a highly respected national architectural design competition. Judith Larson was honored as a “Modern Master” of architectural design by East Coast Home + Design in both 2011 and 2012. Homes designed and built by Gardiner & Larson have also been featured in Connecticut Cottages & Gardens, Fairfield County Home, Period Homes, New England Home Connecticut, Luxe Interiors + Design Magazine, early 2013 and East Coast Home + Design, early 2013.
